Lawsuit Regarding Fatal Long Island Limo Accident Filed

The attorneys at The Paris Law Group, PC have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Olga Lipets, 24, who was injured in the horrific Long Island car accident on July 18th.  The lawsuit, filed in Kings County Supreme Court, names pickup truck driver Steve Romeo, limo driver Carlos Pino and Ultimate Class Limousine as defendants.  The Paris Law Group, PC is currently investigating whether the local municipalities were negligent in their design of the roadway.

Partner Ian Chaikin says “Paris & Chaikin filed this lawsuit on behalf of our client Olga Lipets in order to insure that she, the other victims and their families obtain a measure of justice.”

Partner Jason Paris adds “Nothing can ever undo the horrific events of July 18th but we intend on making sure that the negligent parties be held responsible.”

The crash of July 18th, 2015 occurred when a pickup truck driven by Steve Romeo struck the limousine driven by Carlos Pino.  The impact was so forceful that the pickup truck nearly cut the limousine in half.  Four women were killed: Brittney Schulman, 23, and Lauren Baruch, 24, both of Smithtown; Stephanie Belli, 23, of Kings Park; and Amy Grabina, 23, of Commack.  Olga Lipets was one of four women who escaped death but sustained life-altering injuries as well as the emotional trauma of having this tragedy unfold just feet from where she was sitting.
