What types of injury cases does your firm handle?
We represent clients injured in construction accidents, car accidents, slip and fall incidents, truck and motorcycle crashes, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, MTA bus and subway accidents, and wrongful death cases. Is there a deadline I need to know about before I call?
Yes, and this matters. If you were injured in a car accident in New York, you have 30 days to file for no-fault benefits. If your case involves a city bus, subway, or other municipal vehicle, or if you had an accident on a street or sidewalk, you typically have 90 days to file a Notice of Claim. Missing either deadline can seriously limit your options. Call us as soon as possible — we'll make sure nothing falls through.
